Preschool Manager
Due to our expansion, we are seeking to recruit a full-time Manager to oversee and further develop our special and unique preschool.
For this role, a second language is not essential; however, a genuine passion for nurturing multilingualism in young children is vital. Our ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is enthusiastic about being hands-on and happy to spend at least half of their working week in the playroom, supporting both the children and developing our dedicated staff team. You will be responsible for overseeing the our preschool provision and ensuring our preschool runs smoothly and effacingly.
We are proud to work with higher-than-statutory adult-to-child ratios, enabling us to provide high-quality care and tailored support, particularly for children with additional needs. The successful candidate will share our commitment to inclusive practice, child-led learning, and maintaining a nurturing, stimulating environment for every child.
This role is term time 39 weeks per year 08.00 - 15.30 pro rata
Full time equivalent salary £28,236 - £35,431 depending on experience

For this role, it is essential that you have fluent spoken and written English, along with experience working with children. A Level 3 qualification in Early Years would be desirable; however, we are happy to support training and professional development for the successful candidate.
We are proud to work with higher-than-statutory adult-to-child ratios, enabling us to provide high-quality care and tailored support, particularly for children with additional needs. The successful candidate will share our commitment to inclusive practice, child-led learning, and maintaining a nurturing, stimulating environment for every child.
